on Tresco Island and at the 3 AA Rosette Hell Bay Hotel for the 2025 season. Youll work with the finest fresh produce to prepare and cook high-quality dishes that reflect our reputation for outstanding cuisine. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, youll ensure every plate

meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. Youll also play a key role in supporting the Head Chef with the development of exciting

new dishes, bringing creativity and flair to a menu that evolves with the seasons. If youre a driven chef with a love for fresh ingredients and a desire to grow your skills in
