The responsibilities of the
Chef de Rang
are: Preparing the restaurant mise-en-place for the various shifts
Present and serve food to the guests with proper sequence and timing, mentioning the name of the dish to the client and explain some of the dishes when requested to do so
The Experience & Qualifications required asChef de Rang are: Significant experience in a similar position is essential
Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private members club advantageous
Working Hours: Please note the working hours for this role are on five days basis, Wednesday to Saturday, only straight evening shifts.
The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
