is looking to recruit a
Demi Chef de Partie
for our
Pavyllon Restaurant and Bar Antoine by Yannick Alléno. Chef Yannick Alléno is one of Frances most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 15 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The Worlds 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Allénos philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience. to work within our
Restaurantkitchens.
Creativity and flair, the ability to provide both guidance and strong leadership to others, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential for this role.This will be a front-facing role so it is key you have the want to both interact with guest and create culinary excellence. Up to 5% of your salary per annum as a bonus.
