Sir Cameron MackintoshsDelfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltdowns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in Londons West End: the Gielgud, Nol Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace and Wyndhams. Working shifts vary depending on the production and location, and we can offer contracts for the following three options:
8 shows (minimum of 30 hours) over 6 days per week. 6 shows (minimum of 22.5 hours) per week. 4 shows (minimum of 15 hours) per week.
Reporting to theatre management, this role ensures exceptional customer service is delivered before, during and after the performance. This includes welcoming patrons, checking tickets in a fast-paced environment, and selling programmes, merchandise, ice cream and an assortment of drinks and snacks to customers. The Front of House team also ensures the safe evacuation of patrons when directed by the Duty Manager.
Successful applicants will have exceptional standards of customer service, great team-working skills and excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
Evening and weekend work is required.
