We are recruiting for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our lovely Merchandising team. In this role you will be supporting the Merchandising team to maintain accurate product master data across all systems and key master excel files.

Key duties will include:

  • Supporting the Merchandising team in the data management of the global Smythson range for all categories (LLG, SLG, Books, Diaries, Home and Stationery), across all systems ( PLM, SAP , Stealth ) and key master excel files ( Range plan, Fulfilment file )
  • Maintaining accurate product master data across all ERP systems, including PLM, SAP and Stealth, as well as key master Excel files including all product information, cost and retail prices
  • ·Updating and managing the global Duplicates tracker file tracking active duplicate codes across all seasons.
  • Preparing Weekly Best and Worst Sellers, Stock reports every Monday and any ad-hoc required reporting

This would be a great role for a graduate with a relevant degree, with strong analytical and retail math skills. Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential as well as a passion for the luxury retail industry. This could also be a good role for someone with one years work experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a skilled Merchandising team and gain exposure of the full Merch function.
