Job Description Summary
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic
Learning Support Assistant
to join our team at Brick Lane School. In this role, you will support our Teachers in delivering creative and effective teaching approaches that cater to the diverse educational needs of our pupils. You will work closely with individual and small groups of pupils, preparing classrooms and materials, and fostering positive relationships to promote interaction and learning.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our pupils achieve their full potential. You will work closely with our experienced Teachers to assess pupil progress, develop Individual Education Plans, and implement tailored support strategies. Your expertise and passion for supporting pupils with varied and complex needs will make a significant difference in the lives of our students.
We offer a competitive salary range of £24,000 – £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes pension scheme options, mental health support services, and access to a wide range of health, wellbeing, and insurance benefits.
