We are looking for a talented Waiter / Waitress to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional team at El Pastor in Kings Cross, London
El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City, running a cult nightclub and searching for the city’s best taco al pastor. We pour our hearts into top quality authentic produce, making fresh tortillas daily using heritage corn and working directly with suppliers and cooperative farmers in Mexico. We are proud to have been awarded a Star by the Sustainable Restaurant Association. This ethos is felt by our teams, they understand the journey of the ingredients and how important they are to the dishes they serve. The Waiter or Waitress Role
- Experience in a Waiter or Waitress role in a high-quality restaurant in London
- Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome, conviviality and hospitality
- Excellent knowledge of our menus, brand, care, and service to maximise our guest journey
- A kind, warm and positive attitude
- Strong communication & team motivator
- Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
